Learnership Programme at Capitec Bank

Capitec Bank, South Africa’s fastest growing retail bank, is looking for a well-spoken, energetic individual with a passion for customer service; who would be interested in gaining Contact centre experience as part of a 3-month learnership based in Bellville. You will be provided with the relevant learning to equip you for this position and be supported in achieving the performance standards, through coaching and regular performance reviews.Requirements:

  • Relevant studies have been completed
  • South African citizen (preference will be given to applicants from Eastern Cape )
  • Grade 12 (with Mathematics or Mathematics Literacy)
  • No previous work experience required
  • Excellent telephonic communication skills (clarity, pace, pitch and tone of voice will be used for short listing purposes).
Other Competencies
  • Ability to speak an African language advantageous
  • Attention to detail
  • Computer literate
  • Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
  • Clear criminal and credit record
